What we believe in
We believe that everyone has an incredible array of skills, expertise, and other resources they can access through the groups and networks they belong to, and that by harnessing and sharing this social capital, they can dramatically expand what they and the people they care about can achieve.
What we do
We’re building infrastructure for a world in which every person and every group can effectively leverage the resources in their networks to create opportunities for themselves and the people they care about. We’re building the world’s most effective resource discovery platform and sharing the most important insights from the world’s greatest harnessers of social capital.
Who we do it for
Our platform is for anyone who wants to more effectively leverage their resources to create opportunities for themselves and the people they care about. We specifically focus on teams who want to better find trusted, vetted, mission-critical resources from within the networks of their members; networking associations who want to enable members to build more effective, engaged professional relationships; nonprofits who want an avenue for their supporters to provide not just money but the skills, expertise, and connections in their network; and groups of friends who simply want a better way to know how they can invest in each other’s success.
How you can get involved
1. Use our platform: We’ve begun early access testing for the Assetmap platform. If your group wants more effective was to share needs and discover resources, sign up for access.
2. Share & contribute insights about social capital: We’re building the web’s go-to resource for great information about social capital. We do this through our blog and by sharing the stories of mapmakers – the world’s greatest harnessers of social capital. If you want to get more involved, you can nominate a Mapmaker, or sign up for our Pathfinders program, a group of our most engaged community members with whom we test out new features, new content and more.
